StarCraft 2 Freezes on exit

Many users have reported that they are experiencing lockups and various crashes in the StarCraft 2 beta.

Most of which are not game breaking, such as the game exit crash.

If Starcraft 2 crashes when exiting or quitting the game, a temporary, but very simple solution to fix the crash is to log out of StarCraft 2 before quitting the game.

Blizzard quotes:

We are aware of an issue that causes crashes upon exiting both the StarCraft II beta client and the Map Editor. This will be addressed in an upcoming patch.

 

I must give Blizzard credit though, for a beta version, StarCraft 2 is incredibly polished and relatively bug free when compared to many other, released titles.
